Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is before 11:00am. Early check-in and late check-out are both subject to availability.

An early check-in fee of $25 applies to arrivals before the standard time, and a late check-out fee of $25 applies to departures after it. Ask the front desk — if the room is not needed we can often be flexible.

Front desk hours

The front desk is open from 7:00am to 9:00pm daily. Please call us if you will be arriving after 9:00pm so we can arrange your keys.

Guarantee and deposit

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. A security deposit of up to $100 is held on the card at check-in and released after departure.

Cancellation and changes

Cancellation and modification terms depend on the rate you book. The terms are shown before you confirm and repeated in your confirmation email. If you are not sure which rate you are on, call us and we will check.

Identification

Guests must present a valid credit card and government-issued identification at check-in, matching the name on the reservation. If you are paying with a company card or someone else’s card, an authorisation form is required in advance.

Parking

Parking is complimentary, on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited, so we would rather tell you that plainly than have you circling the block.

Pets

Dogs are welcome for a $25 fee per stay — not per night. Up to two well-behaved dogs per room, with a combined weight limit of 40 lb. Dogs only; no other animals. Dogs may not be left alone in the room or in common areas.

Service animals are always welcome and are exempt from the fee.

Pool

The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 8:30pm.

Breakfast

Complimentary breakfast is served daily from 6:30am to 9:30am.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping visits daily for stays of more than one night to freshen the bathroom, empty bins and make the bed. Ask the front desk for anything else you need.

Smoke-free

The hotel is 100% smoke-free. Smoking is not permitted in any guest room, on a deck, stairway or balcony. A $250 per night cleaning fee applies if it occurs.

Accessibility

We have ADA-compliant rooms. Please request one when you book so we can hold it for you.

Taxes

A Transient Occupancy Tax of 14.20% is charged on the room rate only.
